Balotelli Disclosed Interest from Salernitana

Striker Mario Balotelli has shared with Tv Play about his potential transfer to Salernitana that failed to materialise in the January transfer window. Here are his comments.

Balotelli confessed, “The idea of moving to Salerno was there, but the actual offer never came through. It arrived at the last minute and I stayed in Turkey. The matter was poorly handled. I would have moved, but the negotiations dragged on for too long. If a club seriously wants you, the negotiations can be sorted in just one day. Regarding my return to the pitch, I will play again this Friday. My goal is to score at least ten goals in the last 14 games. I am obviously the penalty taker of the team.”
