Atalanta, Percassi: Abolition of Growth Decree? It’s a serious harm for the entire system

Luca Percassi, the Chief Executive of Atalanta, made some comments ahead of their match against Lecce which aired on DAZN.

Percassi expressed his concern regarding the Abolition Growth Decree stating: “It’s a major damage to the whole system, we can’t understand its reasons”. He views this as a strong measure specifically against football and suggests it will “inevitably lead to decreased investments”.
