Arteta underscored the importance of the supporters’ views, adding that the club needs to take care of their opinions. Suggesting clear, transparent conversations, he revealed, “The discussions we had were very clear after what happened two years ago.”

Without elaborating details, Arteta chose to point towards the club’s clearly-stated position. “I think the club issued a very clear and transparent statement,” he said, “We will stick to it”.
