BBC Sports can confirm a deal has been agreed between Italian football clubs Inter Milan and AS Roma for the transfer of young football talent Kevin Zefi. The news was officially announced by AS Roma a few days ago.
The right-footed forward and Republic of Ireland youth international, born in 2005, is considered a promising prospect for the future.
This move comes following an earlier report from Alfredo Pedulla, who first revealed that a deal was in progress between the two clubs a couple of days ago.
Zefi’s transfer represents a key strategic move for AS Roma as they look to strengthen their forward line, following the expiration of Zefi’s contract with Inter Milan. The deal is reportedly aimed at replacing Cherubini in the squad.
The official announcement from AS Roma was accompanied by a photograph release on the club’s Twitter account, portraying the young Irish talent in his new club colours.
