At Napoli, the focus remains on the renewal of Kvara’s contract, with the player catching the eye of both PSG and now Barcelona.
According to reports from *Corriere dello Sport*, De Laurentiis’s club is presently setting a price for interested parties while also negotiating a contract extension.
An agreement has been made regarding the duration and salary increase, with a proposed extension until 2029 and a salary adjustment from the current €1.8 million to €5 million, effectively making him the highest-paid player in the squad alongside Lukaku.
However, no agreement has been reached on the release clause. The player’s agents are aiming for a release clause of €80 million, while Napoli would rather not include one, though they might consider a figure around €120 million if pressed.
Additionally, the agent is requesting a lump sum increase of €8-9 million in a single payment by the third year. Discussions on agent commissions have yet to begin.
