In a recent interview with *Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger*, Simon Rolfes, the sporting director of Bayer Leverkusen, addressed the future of defender Jonathan Tah, who has been linked with moves to Serie A clubs, including Inter Milan and Juventus.
Rolfes made it clear that the club does not plan to part ways with Tah during the upcoming winter transfer window.
“We have no intention of selling Jona in winter,” stated Rolfes, as reported by *Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger*.
He added, “In football, there can always be developments. At the moment, the situation is this, but we’ve never ruled anything out. The door is not closed.”
This statement leaves the possibility open for potential future negotiations, though any immediate move remains unlikely.
