Milan understood to be negotiating with club over Pulisic transfer, sources claim rossoneri stance clear

According to reports from Calciomercato.com, Christian Pulisic, who joined Milan during the summer of 2023, has attracted interest from Liverpool. The situation is gaining momentum:

“Pulisic, in fact, is on Liverpool’s radar to replace Mohamed Salah, should the Egyptian depart at the end of the season. Salah’s contract is set to expire on June 30, 2025,” Calciomercato.com reports.

The American has started the season strongly at Milan, scoring four goals and providing two assists in his first six Serie A matches. His performances have not gone unnoticed in the Premier League.

Liverpool, who faced Milan in the League Phase of the Champions League, are reportedly willing to more than double the €20 million fee – potentially reaching up to €50 million – that Milan paid for his transfer in July 2023, as per British media reports.

Pulisic has a contract with the Rossoneri until 2027, with an option to extend for another year.

Salah might be in his last season at Liverpool, prompting the Reds to explore opportunities across Europe. They are also monitoring Federico Chiesa’s impact in England. Pulisic sits atop the Liverpool board’s wishlist despite the player, born in 1998, feeling very settled in Milan and seeing himself as a leader at the club.

He has no intention of leaving the Rossoneri.

Calciomercato.com adds, “It will require a significant offer to sway the Milan board, who are currently enjoying the high-flying performances of their very own King Midas, Christian Pulisic.”
