The summer transfer window is drawing to a close, and Lecce has confirmed a departure from their squad.
Joel Voelkerling, who was signed from AS Roma on a free transfer with a resale clause, will not be staying with the Giallorossi.
The player also had a brief and unfruitful stint at Vitesse.
A statement from the club reads: “We have agreed to part ways with Joel Voelkerling. We thank him for his professional commitment during his time with us,” as announced on the official Lecce FC website.
