Atalanta is ready to welcome a new signing directly from Flamengo: the defender Wesley.

Following a failed deal with Ruben Pulido and a rejected offer from Nottingham Forest for Neco Williams, the club has turned to South American football.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Orobici have signed Wesley.
“We are very pleased to have Wesley join our ranks,” said an Atalanta spokesperson, as reported by Fabrizio Romano.
“The negotiations were intense, but in the end, both parties found an agreement that benefits everyone involved,” added the spokesperson.
