Inter Milan’s transfer market activities have taken a poignant turn as the club’s management has set a price for the promising German central defender, Yann Aurel Bisseck.
Bisseck emerged as one of the standout players last season. Arriving at the club for a modest fee of just seven million euros, the German defender quickly earned the trust of manager Simone Inzaghi.
“Yann has been a revelation for us,” stated an Inter insider, who preferred to remain anonymous, to sources close to the club. “He integrated seamlessly into the squad and became a vital part of our defence.”
It’s no surprise that external interest in Bisseck is high. However, Inter are keen to maintain control over his future.
“We’ve set a price of 25 million euros for Bisseck,” disclosed a member of the Inter management team. “He’s an integral player for us, and we believe this valuation accurately reflects his contribution and potential.”
Simone Inzaghi shares a similar sentiment regarding the young defender. “Bisseck’s growth has been phenomenal. His ability to read the game and his composure under pressure are well beyond his years,” Inzaghi said during a press conference last week.
With speculations rife, several top European clubs are monitoring the situation closely. However, it remains to be seen whether any clubs will meet Inter’s valuation or if the Nerazzurri will hold on to their defensive gem.
