Roma’s transfer market focus is not solely on Chiesa: new sporting director Ghisolfi has identified THREE TARGETS.
The primary objective for Roma in the current transfer market is evident: securing a winger capable of beating defenders.
In this regard, the top target is Federico Chiesa, whose contract with Juventus is coming to an end.
However, he’s not the only player Roma are considering.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ghisolfi has additional targets in mind as he looks to bolster the squad’s attacking options.
“Chiesa is certainly an exciting prospect for us,” a source close to the club told the newspaper.
The source further added, “But we have to be practical and consider other alternatives.”
Roma’s new sporting director Ghisolfi is also casting a watchful eye on two more players who could fit the club’s tactical needs.
“Identifying multiple targets ensures we are not overly reliant on one player,” explained Ghisolfi in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.
He continued, “We aim to strengthen our squad comprehensively to tackle the challenges of the upcoming season.”
With Roma being active on multiple fronts, the coming weeks promise intriguing developments for the club’s supporters.
