Bologna forward Zirkzee continues to impress, and now the Premier League is knocking at his door, with both Arsenal and Manchester United taking an interest in the striker.
Bought for a mere £8.5 million by Bologna just two years ago, Zirkzee’s value now stands around £60 million, much to Bayern Munich’s delight. The German club retains a 50% stake in any future sell-on deal. The Germans could also buy him back, but this would require a payment of £40 million to Bologna’s parent company, the Saputo Corporation. However, a move back to Germany does not seem favourable to Joshua Zirkzee at this time. Instead, he seems more intrigued by the possibility of playing in the Premier League or with a top Serie A team.
And there’s no shortage of suitors for Zirkzee. AC Milan have had their eyes on him since October. However, Napoli might be in the running if they end up selling Osimhen. This is according to ‘Tuttosport’.
