Torino’s transfer market has seen a flurry of activity in recent days, with the club’s sporting director, Davide Vagnati, hard at work managing both player arrivals and departures.
Vagnati, often referred to as ‘Il Granata’s transfer whizz’, has been busy strengthening the squad available to head coach Ivan Juric. His aim is crystal clear – to compete at an European level once again, and this requires assembling a team of players competitively suitable for Juric’s tactical approach.
In the past week, six players have moved out of Torino, while four new faces have joined them on the banks of the Po river: Lovato, Masina, Okereke, and exciting youngster Kabic.
One to keep an eye in particular is Kabic, who is reportedly brimming with potential and is expected to impress in the future.
It will be interesting to see if these changes to the squad will enable Torino to compete on the European stage once more.
