Milan are not giving up on their pursuit of Zirkzee, despite his rising price tag after each match.
In the game at San Siro, Zirkzee showcased his worth against Milan. His goal-scoring ability was impressive, but his real value lies in his skills with the ball at his feet and his ability to break from markers to facilitate starting plays for teammates.
According to a report in Tuttosport, his market value is now around €60 million, but Milan still has a clear strategy in place. The club has two crucial cards to play – the first one being Alexis Saelemaekers, who is currently with Bologna, and the other being a possible transfer of De Ketelaere to Atalanta. If successful, these transfers could bring in fresh funds to be reinvested in the pursuit of the striker.
