Roma has secured the replacement for the outgoing Cherubini, who is moving to Juventus. The new recruit is Irish International Kevin Zefi. Zefi, an accomplished right-footed winger, was born in 2005 and boasts an impressive record with Ireland’s youth teams, making 26 appearances and scoring nine goals.
The newly signed player is seen as a promising prospect and is being hailed as a solid acquisition by Roma’s director Daniele Placido. This move comes as Zefi’s contract was due to expire in June. Zefi will be leaving Inter Milan after two and a half seasons, during which he made a significant mark with 47 appearances, 25 goals, and 11 assists for the Under-17 and Under-18 teams.
The deal was primarily handled and finalised by Sator Sport Services and just minor details need to be completed.
The above details were circulated on Kevin Zefi’s personal Instagram account.
