Cagliari’s attacking midfielder, Gaetano Oristanio, has been sidelined with an injury sustained in a match against Lecce, which will keep him out of action for more than a month.
Oristanio, a player for Cagliari, scored the equalizing goal in the match at the Via del Mare Stadium in Lecce, where he suffered a fracture to the fifth metatarsal of his right foot.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, the 19-year-old will need to be out for at least 45 days. This adds to the challenge faced by Cagliari’s manager, Claudio Ranieri, who will have to figure out a way to make up for the absence of this promising player.
