Tullio Tinti, the agent for Monza player Andrea Colpani, has spoken to TMW about the future of the footballer who is on the radar of many top-tier Serie A clubs.
Speaking about Colpani’s future, Tinti reassures, “The lad is very calm, he knows how football works.” He adds, “If you do well, someone will come along, but today it’s December.”
Colpani is currently in his first season as a starter and by all accounts, he’s performing incredibly well. Tinti seems to expect his client to continue in this vein, noting, “It is his first championship as a starter, he is doing very well and must continue in this way.”
Commenting on potential transfer speculation, Tinti states, “Then at the end of the year, we will see what he has achieved on the field,” adding that, “ultimately you can’t sell smoke. The player who takes to the field is the one who determines.”
Tinti’s words suggest that speculation around Colpani’s future destination is premature and that his performance on the pitch will play an instrumental role in attracting any significant offers. With Monza staking a strong claim in Serie A, their rising star will continue to command attention as the season progresses.
