Lecce training update: Three absentees, Sansone’s condition revealed

This morning, Lecce Football Club has trained in preparation for their away match against Lazio in the upcoming Serie A fixture, according to the official club statement.

The training took place at Acaya Golf Resort & SPA in anticipation of the first match of the return leg, scheduled for Sunday at 12:30 at the Olympic Stadium.

However, the team was without some key players. As the club report disclosed, “Absent were Banda, Rafia and Touba, who are committed with their respective national teams.”

The club’s statement further indicates that player Sansone continues his individualized training regime.

Lecce is expected to hold another morning training session tomorrow in preparation for their critical match, as per the official club report.
