Cagliari, Ranieri: Satisfied with the boys’ performance

Cagliari Coach Claudio Ranieri has shared his thoughts following the match against Lecce at the Via del Mare Stadium. In a post-match interview with Dazn, he made several noteworthy remarks.

Reflecting on the match, Ranieri stated: “This is a positive point. The team was doing well. We conceded a goal and were struggling with set pieces, corners, and their counters. However, it was a good game, in the second half we really played a beautiful game. We wanted the result and we succeeded, they worked hard. I am satisfied.”

Commenting on injuries within his team, Ranieri revealed that there were only a few players with fever, otherwise all would have been present.
