Frosinone’s Kaio Jorge: Goal is ‘very important’ after nearly two years out

Juventus-owned Frosinone striker, Kaio Jorge, spoke to DAZN following his team’s loss to Lecce.

In an exchange with DAZN, Jorge shared his thoughts on his recent performance. He said, “I was executing my penalties well in training and approached Soulè to chat and he gave me the ball. I was the one who asked for it.”

The striker expressed that the goal he managed in the match was significant for him. “This goal is very important to me, I’ve been out for nearly two years and have worked hard to get back to form,” he shared.

Jorge highlighted that he is now free from discomfort and is eager to showcase his skills. He said, “Today, I no longer have any issues, I want to demonstrate my potential.”

Jorge was optimistic about the rest of the season and reflected on his capabilities. “My season has only just begun, I’m aware of my abilities and I want to exhibit them to everyone.”

Further expressing his aspirations, he stated, “I want to score goals and help my teammates.”

However, the striker displayed humility regarding his skills, suggesting that he is still not among the best. “I don’t know if I am one of the strongest but I need to work,” he concluded.
