Lazio winger, Mattia Zaccagni, reflected on the 1-1 draw against Verona in the post-match interview.
Speaking to DAZN, Zaccagni displayed mixed feelings about the result. “I am happy to be back and to be back scoring, but I’m only half satisfied because of the two points we missed. Today we played a great match, could better exploit some opportunities and be smarter,” he said.
Zaccagni showed respect for the side he used to play for. He suggested with humility that he would never celebrate a goal against Verona. The Lazio winger appreciates his time at Verona, asserting, “I am proud to have come from here, Verona has given me a lot.”
