Supercoppa Italiana postponement sparks increasing discontent, contract termination possible

The relationship between Saudi Arabia and Inter Miami, involving football star Leo Messi, has brought about further delays to the Supercoppa Italiana, much to the frustration of all involved parties.

Concern grows among football clubs as the Italian Super Cup, known as the Supercoppa Italiana, is scheduled to be moved to Saudi Arabia from 2025 onwards. The move is inextricably linked to the incremental outcomes of the Saudi government’s political appropriation of sporting events, Italian sports newspaper Tuttosport reports.

No clubs have commented publicly about the decision yet.
