Polish midfielder Szymon Zurkowski, currently playing for Spezia, has opened up about the team’s position in Serie B. Speaking to the club’s official channels, he shared his views on the team’s current situation.
He admitted that the relegation was a significant setback adding that it was one of the reasons he stayed on with the team, wishing to provide his contribution following such a significant disappointment.
“I’m working hard and trying to give my all to help the team,” he said.
Zurkowski acknowledged the fluctuating nature of football, noting his efforts to maintain consistency in his performance.
“Sometimes you can be more decisive, other times the credit goes to the opponents, but I’m working to provide continuity in my performances,” he added.
The Polish midfielder expressed positivity about his progress, indicating his physical condition has been improving.
“I’m feeling good now, and many of the past problems are starting to become just a memory,” he concluded.
