Milan’s mayor, Giuseppe Sala, has spoken to journalists about the new Inter Milan stadium and the status of the San Siro.
In his statement, Sala said, “The restriction on San Siro? I think the game is not over, none of the players have found the right solution, so no one must take responsibility, let alone me. I have not met Milan and Inter, but if they have a need, we are here. We have an open procedure and we are waiting for their responses”.
So, it seems, the matter of the San Siro restriction remains an open question amongst all involved parties. Sala emphasised that there is an ongoing process and they are awaiting responses from Inter Milan about the situation.
Continuing the dialogue can potentially pave the way for a solution to be achieved, but for now, the future of the San Siro remains uncertain.
