Lazio are on the brink of securing their first signing of the summer transfer window for the upcoming season: Loum Tchaouna from Salernitana.
The deal is reportedly in the final stages, with only minor details left to be ironed out.
It is anticipated that the final fee will be approximately eight million euros.
“Negotiations are progressing well, and we are hopeful of a positive outcome soon,” a club insider told Sky Sports.
The move marks a significant addition to Lazio’s squad as they prepare for the next season’s challenges.
Rennes, Tchaouna’s former club, had also been in the mix but seem to have withdrawn their interest.
“We believe this will be a great opportunity for Loum to develop further and contribute significantly to our team’s goals,” Lazio’s sporting director said to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
