Inzaghi names Salernitana squad for Sassuolo clash

Salernitana coach Filippo Inzaghi has released the list of players called up for the match against Sassuolo. The squad includes goalkeepers Costil, Fiorillo, and Ochoa. Defenders Bradaric, Daniliuc, Fazio, Gyomber, Lovato, Pirola, and Sambia are all included. In the midfield, Bohinen, Coulibaly, Kastanos, Legowski, Maggiore, Martegani, and Mazzocchi will be present. Finally, the attacking options consist of Botheim, Candreva, Dia, Ikwuemesi, Simy, Stewart, and Tchaouna.

In a statement to BBC Sports, coach Inzaghi expressed his confidence in the squad, stating that “I have faith in the players we have called up for this match. They have been working hard and are ready to give their best on the pitch.”

Inzaghi added that “Sassuolo is a tough opponent, but we are prepared to face them and fight for a positive result.”

The match between Salernitana and Sassuolo is scheduled to take place on Sunday, and Inzaghi’s squad will be aiming to secure a crucial victory in their bid to climb up the Serie A table.
