Fiorentina: Uncertainty over Nico Gonzalez’s Condition

Fiorentina, under the leadership of Vincenzo Italiano, is preparing for their upcoming encounter against Roma, and it appears they will be doing so without Nico Gonzalez. The Argentinian striker may not be in line for selection for the trip to the Stadio Olimpico.

Gonzalez’s place on the team for tomorrow’s visit to Roma is clouded in uncertainty. The Argentinian forward, who sat on the bench against Salernitana and was not called up for the Coppa Italia match against Parma, is doing everything he can to recover from muscle fatigue.

However, nobody in the Fiorentina camp, certainly not Vincenzo Italiano, wants to take unnecessary risks, especially when it involves one of their best performers. Italiano, while always reluctant to forgo his top player’s abilities, seems to err on the side of caution this time around.
