Fiorentina receives two bids for stadium renovation

The city of Florence has officially announced that it has received two bids for the renovation of the Stadio Artemio Franchi, home of Fiorentina football club.

In a recent official statement, the city detailed the selection process. The lead project manager will name the judging committee, which, as per the call for proposals, will review the technical offers in an online meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 15:00. Only those who submitted proposals can attend this meeting.

Immediately after the meeting, the committee will evaluate the technical proposals. On completion of this phase, a date will be set to announce the scores assigned to the technical offers and to open the financial offers. The best proposal will then be selected and the tender office will carry out administrative checks necessary for awarding the contract. The contract is set to be awarded by December 31, 2023.
