FIFA Award: Inzaghi and Spalletti Challenge Guardiola for Best Coach Title

The Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has confirmed the three finalists for the prestigious title of Best Coach. Pep Guardiola, Simone Inzaghi, and Luciano Spalletti are in the race for the coveted award.

This recognition is a significant nod to the Italian coaching school with both Inter Milan’s Inzaghi and ex-Napoli man Spalletti being recognised for their exemplary performances during the previous season with their respective clubs.

Regarding the category of Best Women’s Coach, the finalists include Jonatan Giraldez of Barcelona, Chelsea’s Emma Hayes from England, and the Dutch tactician Sarina Wiegman, who is currently in charge of England’s women’s team.
