Atalanta, Percassi: Gasperini has a clear philosophy

In the run-up to the Europa League showdown against Rakow, Atalanta’s CEO, Luca Percassi, has conveyed his thoughts to Sky Sport.

He notably highlighted the clear strategy adopted by the team’s coach, Gasperini. “Gasperini has a very clear philosophy, every match must be faced with the best team,” Percassi told Sky Sport before the game. He additionally emphasised the significant role Europe’s premier competition plays in giving teams significant experience that furthers growth.

Every match, Percassi further added, serves as an opportunity for improvement and maintaining a competitive edge. His admiration for the coach’s approach towards nurturing the team’s players was also evident.

The CEO voiced satisfaction in knowing that some of the young players who spend every day in the Zingonia environment as Under 23s will earn starting positions, while others gain bench experience. He credits Coach Gasperini for his excellent approach to managing these talented players.
