Zdenek Zeman, the manager of Pescara, has averted a carotid surgery but will have to wait to return to the field, Gazzetta dello Sport has reported. Zeman, who was keen to guide his team in the match against Ancona, will unfortunately have to remain on forced rest until at least the 28th of the month before he can return to managing his team.
However, according to the daily newspaper, fans will likely have to wait until spring to see him back on the bench.
