Unsettling news emerged from Trigoria for Roma manager José Mourinho. Medical scans conducted on Argentine striker Paulo Dybala revealed disturbing results. Dybala has unfortunately suffered a worse than expected injury, amounting to a strain in the left hamstring. This is expected to keep him off the field for approximately three weeks.
As a direct consequence of this injury, Dybala will miss out on Roma’s forthcoming matches. Among these include encounters against teams such as Sheriff and Bologna and crucially, the match against Napoli scheduled for 23rd December. His participation in the game against Juventus, to be held on the 30th of December, also appears doubtful.
However, there is a silver lining amid these adverse developments. Other key players such as Azmoun and Spinazzola seem to be faring better with no major health concerns reported.
