Mazzarri welcomes two returns to Napoli ahead of Braga clash

Napoli Football Club has released an update regarding the physical condition of its players ahead of their Champions League clash with Braga. Key players Cajuste and Kvaratskhelia have reportedly recovered and resumed full team training.

The information was revealed through the team’s latest training report published earlier today. “Napoli trained this morning at the SSCN Konami Training Center, preparing for tomorrow’s match against Braga scheduled at Stadio Maradona for the sixth day of the Champions League. The team worked on pitch 2, starting the session with warming up and rondo. Subsequent exercises focus on speed and tactical work. The session closed with a small sided game,” the club announced.

According to the same source, “Cajuste and Kvaratskhelia carried out the entire session in the group. Mario Rui conducted individual training in the field, while Olivera undertook therapy and a personalized gym workout.”

However, it’s not all good news for Napoli, as top striker Victor Osimhen was notably absent from training. The team confirmed that Osimhen will be travelling to Marrakech to attend the African Footballer of the Year award ceremony, hence his unavailability. However, the club reassured fans by stating that the striker “will return to Italy late in the evening and will regularly participate in tomorrow morning’s session.”
