Real Madrid Targets Davies as Free Agent

Real Madrid, who are expected to sign Kylian Mbappé this summer, are reportedly plotting another major transfer coup. According to Sky Sport DE, the leading lights of Spanish football, Los Blancos, have set their sights on Alphonso Davies of Bayern Munich.

The Canadian defender’s contract is set to expire in 2025, and has allegedly informed the Bavarian giants that he does not wish to renew. To avoid losing the player for nothing – as was the case with David Alaba – the Germans are prepared to open negotiations with La Casa Blanca, with a starting asking price of €50 million.
