Loftus Cheek: Heading to Milan with a clear mind, aiming for the championship

Milan Midfielder, Ruben Loftus Cheek, has discussed his decision to move to Italy in the summer and detailed his future goals. During an interaction with SportWeek, the English player lamented on his experiences from last season saying: “I wasn’t playing as much as I would have wanted, and I was forced into positions where I couldn’t express myself. The last season was tough.”

Speaking about his time at Milan, he said: “At Milan, I have a free mind and play as a mezzala as I like: it’s like being a child again playing football without any thoughts. On the field, you want to have fun, enjoy your game, and even take pleasure in working hard. If you’re free, you play your best football.”

Regarding his ambitions, he stated: “In football, I want to win Scudetto with Milan. Off the field, I haven’t thought much. I just want to enjoy the present.” For more updates, continue on Milan News 24.
