Genoa, Dragusin’s agent: Player would only switch team for a big club

Florin Manea, the agent of Radu Dragusin, has reportedly discussed the player’s future. The central defender, currently with Genoa, has caught the attention of a number of top teams, according to some statements made to Sportitalia.

In his interview, Manea was quoted as saying that he believes Dragusin should only leave Genoa for a truly high-profile club. He mentioned the likes of premier Milan and Inter among Italy’s top teams, as well as a few of the biggest names in the English Premier League.

He was quick to clarify that he was using these teams as mere examples and it wasn’t indicative of any existing interest from these clubs.

According to Manea, it would definitely be exciting if these strong teams showed interest in his client. However, he added, for now, Dragusin’s focus is on his work.

Manea also confirmed that there are Italian teams interested in Dragusin, ensuring that Genoa would have a say in any potential transfer. He stressed that if an offer comes, it’s a bonus, but if nothing materialises, Dragusin is perfectly content where he is.
