Taibi suggests potential Napoli reinforcements in January could prove useful

Former Reggina sporting director, Massimo Taibi, has addressed the current situation at Napoli in an interview with TMW.

According to Taibi, the performance of Napoli against Roma was commendable despite the challenges facing the Italian football club.

He stated that “football is made of moments,” continuing on to add, “Overall, the match against Roma was well-played by Napoli.” This quote came from his recent interview with TMW.

Taibi also highlighted the importance of keeping calm and regaining the momentum despite unexpected setbacks. He stressed the value of Napoli’s team and the importance of focusing on the players who aren’t currently at their best.

He pointed out, “This is a time when we need to stay calm. Napoli’s roster is important. In these cases, it’s better to recover the players who aren’t performing.” His words strongly suggested that the absence of some key players might have affected the club’s performance.

Last but not least, Taibi hinted at the possibility of bringing on new players to boost the club’s performance. With a subtle tone, Taibi commented, “Of course, some players are lacking. Then you know, a few additions might be handy.” Yet, neither he nor Napoli have confirmed any potential new signings as of yet.
